The way that the enterprise integrates knowledge determines whether it can acquire sustainable competitive advantage in the rapidly changing environment. The article analyzed the proposition background of knowledge integration. and described the connotation, feature, elements, mechanisms and models of knowledge integration, and introduced the organization pattern of knowledge integration implementation, and prospected the future of knowledge integration research.
