Abstract :
FIDELDO, a true mixed-mode simulator based on the unified approach, is presented. The circuit can be described and simulated at the functional, logical, and/or transistor levels. The methodology for modeling and simulating analog blocks in FIDELDO at the functional level (black box) while maintaining their analog characteristics is presented. A linear analog black is modeled by its transfer functions, H( s) and H(z), which are converted internally into a time-domain state-space representation
