After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The fundamental purpose of establishing the supply chain is to gain competitive advantage and get profit. The key to this is the effective cooperation of the independent enterprises. This paper studies the internal mechanism of the benefit distribution in the supply chain from the view of theory, and describes the principle and distribution model of it. Then, in order to achieve the stability and development of the collaboration system in supply chain, it composes the model with the group punishment mechanism.
