Abstract :
This paper introduces a new control strategy based on optimized state feedback controller design based on LQR. Boiler drum dynamics consist many of the states which are un-measurable states, to apply state feedback control optimally it is required to have the information of all the states which are fed back to the LQR based controller. To fulfill this requirement we have implemented reduced order observer using separation principle to give the best estimated information of un-measured states using separation principle.
