Abstract :
The problem of multiple fault diagnosis for linear active multiport networks is addressed, and the method proposed by T.N. Trick and Y. Li (Proc. IEEE Int. Symp. Large-Scale Syst., p.491-4, 1982) is extended. The hybrid parameter matrix representation of a network is used, and the faulty branch ports are defined. A formula representing the relationship between relative deviations of parameters and the changes of measurement port voltages is derived. An algorithm that can be used for active network fault diagnosis is given
