Abstract :
How to solve the problems of monitoring dynamic and variable quality variation, diagnosing the abnormal variation and adjusting the process at the right moment, is a difficult problem that modern manufacturing enterprise faces challenges in process of grinding quality control. A dynamic, intelligent control model of grinding quality was put forward, which integrated quality prevention, analysis, diagnosis and adjustment, in which grinding quality data in small batch mode were transformed by grinding quality analysis based on similar process, to draw control chart of grinding quality, Elman was applied to realize on-line intelligent diagnosis and prediction of grinding quality, and grinding process was adjusted by expert system of grinding quality adjustment at the right time. The reliability and feasibility of the model was proved by actual test and simulation. The results indicated that this model can be used to monitor grinding quality on line in real productive activity.
