Abstract :
An interfacing circuit for piezoresistive pressure sensors based on CMOS second generation current conveyors is presented. Main advantages of the proposed circuit include the use of only two piezoresistors, low offset, high CMRR using CCII based instrumentation amplifier, temperature compensation and high linearity of the output frequency. Simulation as well as experimental results are included to demonstrate its performance
