Abstract :
This paper integrates artificial intelligence techniques with sensitivity analysis for the formulation and resolution of the optimal reactive power flow (ORPF) problem. The objectives and constraints are transformed into fuzzy sets and the problem is solved by a fuzzy goal programming algorithm. The algorithm allows for the satisfaction of multi-objectives and constraints through the definition of a decision fuzzy function.
