Abstract
In this paper, sliding mode controller with nonlinear sliding surface is applied to the optical image stabilization system. The OIS system is analyzed to control the real system model and to find out the reason of the blurry pictures. The disturbance data use the real shaking signal of human hands, not sine signal. The sliding mode controller with nonlinear sliding surface is more efficient than the linear controller and sliding mode controller in the OIS system which has the large signal generated suddenly through simulations and experiment results.
