Abstract :
This paper represents a new harmonic power flow algorithm for a large-scale distribution system. The phase coordinates method is used to model the distribution system as a frequency dependent network. The bus admittance matrix is obtained as a sparse matrix in the block diagonal band form using a piece-wise method. An appropriate algorithm is given for more than one harmonic source condition and for loop, radial or mixed systems.
