Abstract :
This paper presents modules of power allocation that base on E-plane branch waveguide coupler. The coupler can couple any radio of energy by adding branch waveguide between primary and secondary waveguide. Through this way, we can design low insertion loss and high resolution couplers cover 90-100 GHz band. The measurement results of the modules are basically consistent with the simulation results. This type of coupler will be widely applied in power distribution system in millimeter and submillimeter wave circuits.
