Abstract :
Enterprise core IT capability is a system made up of integration capability of enterprise strategy and IT strategy, business process, IS and organizational structure. Evaluation indexes are constructed based on it. Considering the fuzzy and related characteristics of evaluation indexes, objective and subjective weight are calculated with system feedback and entropy method. And combination weight is formed by linear programming. The fuzzy integral evaluation method based on combination weight is used to evaluate the core IT capability of enterprise and the demonstration proves that it is valid.
