Abstract
We demonstrate a waveguide laser providing over 20 mW in robust single-frequency operation using a 9-mm-long active waveguide. Overall cavity length is <60 mm including butt-coupled fiber-Bragg-grating mirrors. Power scaling to 100 mW is discussed.
