Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to propose a simple and accurate nonlinear macromodel for analogue multipliers. The performance of the new macromodel was demonstrated by comparing the SPICE simulation results performed with BJT device model and macromodel. The most important result obtained in this work is the combination of accurate modeling with reduced computer time, thus providing the IC designer with the possibility of speeding up the simulation of large electronic systems
