Abstract :
MicroRNAs are non-coding RNA molecules that regulate the protein coding messenger RNA genes. The understanding of microRNA-RNA binding pair is important in molecular biology and molecular therapy. In this study, functional enrichment analysis was employed to study the miR-203 target genes which are implicated in apoptosis. The obtained results will improve the understanding of the pathogenic regulatory mechanism of miR-203.
