  • Abstract
    A new fully balanced log-domain integrator structure is proposed. The use of the differential structures can reduce the distortion and improve the dynamic range of the circuits. Two balanced versions: the complementary transistor pair (CTP) and the all-npn transistors, are introduced. The circuits were verified by the simulations of a fifth-order Chebyshev low-pass filter
