Abstract :
Modeling human activities such as human robotic, and human behavior is an active research involving multidisciplinary field including biomedical engineering, biomechanics, mathematics etc. Thus is due to the fact that a number of human activities are directly related human behavior such as cognitive, emotion, and movement. The modeling of human activities and behaviors became more challenging when human is subject to emotional stress. This is because emotional stress will affect human behavioral, physical and mental activities. In this paper, we review the protocols adopted to induce and study human emotions. The review covers the methodology used and provides critical evaluation of those methods. We also proposed the most optimum emotional induction method so that it can be a standard in studying human emotion.
