  • Abstract
    According to symmetry, the article improves the asymmetry of Maxwell equation on the condition of monopole existing. Entirety symmetrical Maxwell equation makes magnetism and electricity placed equality station. Develop the study about its fountain. Analyze their energy relation. The mechanism energy variety of electricity and monopole is compensated from the electricity-magnetic field energy variety. So the energy is still conservation in electricity-magnetic field in case monopole exists.
