Abstract
In MV-based or GMV-based control performance assessment (CPA), the minimum variance term or feedback controller-invariant plays a central role. In order to calculate the feedback controller-invariant term´s coefficients, a new polynomial division algorithm is proposed in this paper, which is called ratio and displacement algorithm (RDIS). This method avoids the trouble of manual calculation or the solution of Diophantine equation, and its advantages is obvious in control performance assessment applications.
