A finite element electrodynamic field solver is demonstrated that uses a broadband surface-impedance boundary condition on the lossy wires and a robust Krylov subspace-based fast frequency sweep for the expedient generation of the electrodynamic response of lossy interconnects, from DC up to multiple GHz
