Abstract :
In order to solve the problems of low interconversion, interoperability and difficult rule-logic extraction in the semantic Web, based on the spiral law of knowledge evolution we discovered, we have put forward a set of unified knowledge modeling approach, accompanied in the entire cycle of knowledge application, from the primary data layer to ontology, rule and logic layer, and have defined a universal Knowledge Modeling Language - KML. We have further invented the KML-based knowledge construction, conversion and rule-logic extracting mechanism. In the end, we have designed and developed a computer aided knowledge modeling environment - CAKE, to implement a multimode intelligent Web services. Our work opens up a way to achieve the ultimate goal of semantic Web - effective and efficient global knowledge exchange.
