Cooperative design supported parts library system

With the application of information technology and development of computer network, manufacturer globalizes gradually. It is an important way to build Internet based parts library system, which allows making full use of existing resource, realizing resource sharing and cooperative design, and connecting suppliers and users. The paper states the developing status of Internet based parts library at first. Secondly, the paper introduces the relevant standard. Thirdly, the paper gives the structure of parts library according to ISO 13584. At last, the paper concludes the system and points out the emphases of following work.
