The Credit Violating Behaviour in China´s E-commerce Field

Abstract :
This paper adopts the method of combining both the empirical and normative research to study credit violating behaviour in china´s e-Commerce field, so as to propose the countermeasure and suggestion for the sustainable development of china´s e-Commerce. By the establishment of credit relationship model which was analyzed with the game theory principle, it suggests that institutional design flaw, credit information supply and requirement shortage are the key reasons that cause the e-Commerce fieldpsilas credit violating behaviour; at the same time, it also brings forward some recommendations that can permanently control the credit violating behaviour in china´s e-Commerce field. The result indicates that the credit matterpsilas solution in china´s e-Commerce field is an unceasing evolutionary process of institutional arrangement and design, which must be conducted in the level of macro, intermediate and micro perpectives, the importance is the conceptive innovation, institutional innovation, administrative innovation and methodological innovation.
