Abstract :
The book reviewed is, "Wireless Optical Communication Systems" (Hranilovic, S.; 2005). This book has nine chapters and is in two parts. The first part containing Chapters 1, 2, and 3 present the reader overview of optical communication, basic idea of optoelectronic devices, and basic concepts in wireless communications. The second part, consisting of Chapters 4 through 9, details the design and analysis of the spectrally efficient signaling techniques.
