Abstract :
The pressure system of gas collectors of coke oven is a multivariable non-linear process. A new model of the fuzzy control using the genetic algorithm for the pressure system of gas collectors of coke oven is proposed in this paper. The improved genetic algorithm is an on-line technique and is used to optimize the parameters of the fuzzy controller and to eliminate coupling of the pressure between the gas collector pipe of the coke oven1# and one of the coke oven2# in real-time. The simulation results show that this method is satisfied and efficient.
