Abstract :
Today, E-government´s potential to increase transparency and combat corruption in government administration is gaining popularity in communities of e-government practitioners and researchers. Based on their experiences and literature, we study the E-governmentpsilas measures to combat corruption in China. This paper firstly illustrates the corruption in todaypsilas China and the relation among E-government, transparency and anti-corruption and tries to find out the main causes of the corruption in todaypsilas China. Then, reference on the anti-corruption strategies proposed by the UNDP-APDIP, we make problem-oriented research on how can E-government reduce corruption effectively in China and bring out some specific anti-corruption measures. Finally, we come to the conclusion that E-government can reduce corruption effectively in China.
