Abstract
This paper presents the design, implementation and deployment of thermally stable LED fixtures that can be controlled wirelessly using ZigBee. To improve the longevity of LEDs, parameters like LED disconnection, driver feedback voltage and temperature of the designed LED fixtures have been monitored and controlled remotely. Energy saving results shows that the LED fixtures designed can be used as a replacement for T8 fluorescent lamps.
