Abstract :
Summary form only given. Fast FLASH magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which realizes acquisition times for MR images of less than 200 ms, is briefly described. Applications to kidney and liver imaging are discussed. Because of the short acquisition time, a series of fast images can be used to visualize motion, e.g. to obtain real-time cardiac images or to measure blood flow
