  • Abstract
    In this paper, we define the design methodology for Operations Supporting Systems based on the TMForum NGOSS principles as a telecommunication industry context and Service- oriented architecture as a software architecture context. And we explain the efficiency and benefit of the proposed methodology by illustrating the KT NeOSS experience.
