Abstract
This paper presents a complex set of electrical measurements used for the characterization of solar cells for spatial application. The goal of this characterization is to predict the active p layer boron optimum concentration and to find the type of defects that are responsible for the decreasing of the minority carrier lifetime both in nonirradiated and irradiated solar cells
