Research on the coordination of distributed space data editing

CoGIS is a platform that supports multiple users to edit space data cooperatively in a distributed environment. By using this platform, users can request and retrieve space data remotely, edit and process space data cooperatively. This work presents some of our research results on the coordination of distributed space data editing on CoGIS. Agent technology has been used as a key technology for system implementation. The results of this research can also be used in other similar coordination systems.
