Abstract :
A quasiharmonic analysis of coupled nonlinear lossy lines such as coupled Schottky lines is presented. The system analyzed consists of two identical, uniformly coupled transmission lines with uniformly distributed nonlinear capacitances. It is shown that such coplanar structures can be utilized as voltage-tunable codirectional couplers and switches. The example of a dual-gate-type structure for application at 15 GHz is included
