The trend brings us to the study of online teaching for foreign languages. We studied the instructor´s role in foreign language teaching using a digital learning environment, their motivation and obstacles in teaching online in order to propose concrete and effective reward measures to the government and school´s policy. The participants included 74 college instructors and 35 administrators from Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages. We used quantitative study on all participants.
