Abstract
Using a simple scheme, realisation of some novel even-phase sinusoidal oscillators (EPSOs) employing operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) as the active devices are proposed. These oscillators can provide 2n signals (n is a positive integer) equal in amplitude as well as equally spaced in phase. The practical four-phase oscillator using OTAs will be realised and studied in detail. The circuits enjoy low component count and low sensitivity performance and are highly suitable for monolithic implementation in IC technology
