Abstract
Indian Urban Local Self Governments (ULSGs) are in the dire need to find out a mechanism for allocation of scare resources to fund different expenditures in the absence of proper budgetary and financial control. Grant from upper tiers should be expended as per direction of state or central governments and therefore it is required to find out how own income will be allocated. This study is an effort towards this direction along with a meaningful conclusion through a case study.
