Abstract :
Analysis-synthesis filter banks are widely used for time-frequency decomposition and reconstruction in many applications. An efficient implementation structure of FIR analysis-synthesis filter banks is presented. Computational requirements of the resulting structure for analysis-synthesis section is given. This structure is more efficient than that of Nayebi et al. (see IEEE Trans. SP, p.825-34, 1994)
