Abstract
Problem statement: the CMMI implementation and certification is the goal of any company that strives for excellence, but the question is: can all the companies be able to build this model on their process? Have they the same level of difficulty in the integration of this model? Approach: each company has its own pace, depending on the nature of its business or the employees culture. In this paper we discuss the difficulty of integrating CMMI in a corporate culture using model Schneider, This study will allow companies to know the PAs that will be easy to fit into their work, and those that will be less easy. Results: we found that the process area covers all Schneider culture, but each level is more focused on a type of culture.
