Abstract :
This paper proposed the index system of new technology evaluation on the basis of commercial potential by expert panel. And rough set theory was used to reduce proposed index and determine the weight of each index, which can minimize the workload and increase the efficiency without damage on new technology evaluation. This methodology can avoid the subjectivity and randomicity, and guarantee the objectivity of evaluation.
