  • Abstract
    In 2006, the Board of Directors of the Megagauss Institute established the Megagauss Institute Award for outstanding, career-long contributions to the field of science, technology, and applications of ultra-high magnetic fields. The first award recipient was Professor Fritz Herlach, in 2006. We are pleased to announce that this year´s Megagauss Institute Award recipient is Dr. Peter J. Turchi.
