Abstract
A distance interaction session is only successful when the audio is good. To improve the communication between teacher and student, it is necessary to control the background noises, echo and the reverberation in classrooms. The audio problem between the teacher and the student will adversely affect the learning capability of the student. Elements that ruin a video or the audio conference mainly include an acoustic echo, meaning the participant may hear his or her voice, which is transmitted mainly from the near end to the far end and which may be delayed by a few milliseconds. The main factors that may increase the acoustic echo include the size of the room, room acoustics and the materials used to construct the room. These issues may be addressed with the introduction of acoustic echo cancellers at both the near end and the far end sides. Echo cancellation can be done with the help of an adaptive LMS algorithm and an NLMS algorithm which subtracts the original signal from the noise signal for a clear output.
