Abstract :
A method for Proportional-Integral (PI) observer design for linear time-delay systems is proposed in this paper. Using Lyapunov-based stability condition for time-delay systems, we establish the stability and convergence of the observer. The PI observer design requires solving certain algebraic Riccati equation. An example is given in order to illustrate the proposed method.
