Abstract :
Study efficiency of out-of-band correction of intermodulation distortions for power transistor RF amplifiers for the two variants of realization of out-of-band correction elements (with help of elementary physically realizable passive circuits and with help of active filters). It is shown that the correction by means of passive circuits allow to get scoring on reduction of IMD3 up to 10...13 dB, whereas the correction by means of active filters allow to get scoring up to 25 dB
