Abstract :
An analytical formulation for the performance of a spectral-encoded UWB communication system in the presence of narrow-band interference and imperfect channel estimation is proposed. Spectral-encoded systems were recently shown to be advantageous in the spectral overlay scenario, since narrow-band interference can be suppressed by using an appropriate spectral signature.
