Abstract :
The clutch control is the key technology of the AMT. It´s in favor of the performance research and the manufacture exploitation if the mathematics matrix of the control system is established. Based on the bond graph method, the bond graph matrix and mathematics matrix of the AMT clutch control system is established. The simulation result shows the pressure of the accumulator is higner, the separation speed of the clutch will be faster. Under the lower pressure, it will slower. During the process of the clutch joining, the joining speed can be controlled by controlling the pulse width of the electromagnetic proportional value.
