Abstract :
This paper describes a Using of ontologies in the context of medical imaging: breast cancer, we first propose the construction of domain ontology about the disease of breast cancer. Then, the annotation of images on breast cancer by the concepts of our ontology, allowing their semantic interpretations. We chose to establish the endorsement of a semi-automatic manner using "PhotoStuff" which is a tool based on a library of Java classes called Jena; the result of the annotation is metadata RDF.
