  • Abstract
    This paper is devoted to the problem of analytical description of the Greek cross as piezotransducer with the aid of zij resistances. An analytical view of the matrix of zij resistances for Greek cross is obtained. An experimental investigation of the Greek cross-shaped piezoresistive element is hold. Very good accordance between theory and experiment is observed
