Abstract :
This paper introduces the design and implementation of relay protection fault information intelligent analysis system in Fujian Smart Grid. The system integrated in the smart grid dispatching technology support system as a senior application module seamlessly. It can share information with the SCADA system, and make the unified model of primary equipment and secondary equipment. Through the accurate identification of switch on-off information, SOE information, relay protection action information, relay protection decentralized record, fault recorder file, PMU dynamic measurement data, the fault recording file of PMU, the system can provide a detailed comprehensive analysis of the actual trip accident, including much helpful information, such as fault equipment, fault type, fault phase, and so forth. At the same time, the system can provide intelligent decision support for the dispatcher to shorten the processing time of the accident.
