Welcome to ICCE 2010 - the International Conference on Communications and Electronics that is held at Sheraton Hotel, Nha Trang, Vietnam from 11^th to 13^th August, 2010, co-organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. The conference is technically sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Institute of Electronics Engineers of Korea (IEEK), and the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers of Japan (IEICE), also is cooperatively sponsored by IEEE MTT-S, AP-S, Photonics Society, ComSoc Vietnam and Japan Chapter, IEICE ES and CS.
