Abstract :
Transboundary groundwater pollution has been paid more and more attention to, as a result of its diversity, concealment and endangering the interests of other countries. Current legislation of transboundary groundwater pollution prevention and control lags and ignores the integrity of surface water and groundwater, so it is necessary to perfect the legislation on transboundary groundwater pollution prevention and control by signing bilateral and multilateral treaties on transboundary groundwater pollution prevention and control, taking care of the integrity of surface water and groundwater and establishing management specifications on transboundary groundwater pollution prevention and control, etc.
