Abstract :
To resolve the scale matching hydro-geological parameter between laboratory-scale and calculation model in macro-scale, and to obtain the actual distribution of hydraulic conductivity for aquifer, the influence of the spatial variability for saturated aquifer on the hydraulic conductivity is analyzed using the numerical test in this paper on the basis of the definition for hydraulic conductivity on macro-scale. The spatial distribution of hydraulic conductivity is also confirmed by adopting the Hydraulic tomography. It is shown that the relevant hydraulic conductivity on macro-scale is significantly higher compared with the hydraulic conductivity for representative elementary volume (REV) increasing with the in homogeneity of its spatial distribution. So the hydraulic conductivity in hydro-geological model scale was also underestimated by the laboratory-scale to express the macro-scale.
